Shooting at Phoenix hotel leaves two people hurt
PHOENIX - A shooting at a hotel along I-17 in Phoenix early Sunday morning left a man and woman badly hurt.
What we know:
The Jan. 26 shooting happened around 2:45 a.m. near I-17 and Dunlap Avenue, says Phoenix Police Sgt. Brian Bower.
"Both victims were taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The adult male suspect had left prior to police getting to the scene and is currently outstanding. Detectives responded to this shooting to take over the investigation," Sgt. Bower said.
What we don't know:
Police didn't give a description of the suspect.
It's not known what hotel this happened at.
What led up to the shooting remains under investigation.
