Girl in custody after stabbing boy during lunch at Mohave Middle School: PD
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - A teenage boy was stabbed at Mohave Middle School in Scottsdale by a teenage girl on Friday during lunch period, the police department said.
The 13-year-old boy is going to be OK after what police are calling an isolated incident at the middle school near Jackrabbit and Granite Reef roads.
"Detectives and SRO's are working with SUSD. School has been returned to normal operations," police said.
The girl was taken into custody, Sgt. Kevin Quon with Scottsdale Police said, adding, due to the students being juveniles, more information cannot be released.
