UPDATE: 4-year-old girl, mother found safe

PINE SPRINGS, Ariz. (KSAZ) - An Amber Alert has been canceled for a 4-year-old girl after the child and her mother have been found safe.

Navajo police say 4-year-old Liliea Walker and her mother, 33-year-old Ledwina Yazzie, went missing from their home in Pine Springs, Arizona early Thursday morning.

Police say when family returned to the home, Liliea and her mother were missing. Ledwina's purse and coat were still at the home and footprints were found at a nearby wash.
