A woman accused of shooting and killing a valley student during a road-rage incident pleaded not guilty to charges on Tuesday.

32-year-old Holly Davis pleaded not guilty to charges of shooting and killing 19-year-old ASU student Yue Jiang in January. Prosecutors say Davis shot and killed Jiang, an international student from China, after a fender bender in Tempe.

After the crash, police found Davis' car, with a gun on the ground underneath the vehicle. The gun matched the weapon used in the fatal shooting.

Davis is scheduled to appear in court in March.
