A new poll shows the war in Iran has not been popular for President Donald Trump.

Arizona Congressman Andy Biggs shared insights into his campaign for governor, addressing electability, polling data, and political messaging. Biggs pushed back against criticisms from David Schweikert, who previously questioned his independent voter appeal, by asserting that he is the only Republican pulling ahead of Governor Katie Hobbs. Addressing specific attacks regarding a past interview appearance, Biggs classified them as "slanderous different defamatory statements that they know are untrue" while underscoring his extensive history of working across the aisle on bipartisan legislation. Shifting focus to state economic concerns, Biggs outlined his strategies for improving housing affordability and managing water infrastructure in Arizona. He criticized the current administration's housing policies, noting that a past moratorium increased scarcity and that "permitting is about 40% of the cost" of building a home. Furthermore, Biggs strongly defended Arizona's expansive school choice and the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program, stating that when authorities prosecute wrongdoers, "fraud starts going away and you save money." The discussion also covered federal policy, voting records, and shifting political dynamics following the 2024 presidential election where Donald Trump won Arizona by 5.5 points. Replying to a viewer's inquiry on his voting record regarding infrastructure and social programs, Biggs noted his support for bills providing substantial tax savings for working-class families. Finally, Biggs touched upon his personal life, noting that he plays in a cover band performing hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, and enjoys spending time with his 12 grandchildren.
