An organization called 'Worker Power Institute' has reportedly gathered enough signatures to qualify for a ballot referendum on the VAI Resort in Glendale. The resort is currently under construction in the area of State Farm Stadium, and the group is reportedly upset at a massive quarter-of-a-century task break the developer is getting. The Glendale City Council will decide when the referendum will appear on the ballot.
