Police say a suspect was shot following a pursuit in Lathrop, California. The suspect, Juan Valdez, was seen on video bailing from a car during a pursuit before trying to carjack a blue vehicle. Valdez held on to the side of the car during the dramatic chase. Valdez is accused of several felony charges.
