Exotic bird rescue in Phoenix saves more than a dozen cockatoos

More than a dozen cockatoos have been rescued from neglect and A Tropical Concept Exotic Bird Rescue says it needs help to pay for vet bills so that they can then be adopted out to their forever homes.
