Proposed Arizona bill aims to allow older teens to have a say in custody when their parents divorce
Under current Arizona law, judges can consider a child's preference for which parents they want to live with, but ultimately makes a decision based on what they perceive to be the child's best interest. That may soon change, if a bill proposed to the Arizona State Legislature is approved by lawmakers. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
