911 dispatchers offered counseling sessions
While it is hard to imagine talking someone through CPR, listening to someone get shot, or speaking to someone as they find the body of their loved one, that is a daily reality for hundreds of 911 dispatchers in our community. However, thanks to a new law, these dispatchers now have access to some state-funded resources to help them process traumatic events. FOX 10's Lauren Clark reports.
