Arizona Court of Appeals: Marijuana expungement upheld
Arizonans convicted of having small amounts of marijuana for sale can now have their criminal records expunged. That ruling came down on May 30 by the Arizona Court of Appeals. The court says people with personal amounts of the drug found guilty of "possessing marijuana for sale" are eligible for expungement under Prop 207, passed by Arizona voters in 2020.
