Trump back in court for civil fraud trial
Former President Donald Trump was back in a New York courtroom Tuesday for the second day of his business fraud trial. Trump made remarks before heading into court, calling NY Attorney General Letitia James a fraud who doesn't have a case. Trump also slammed the judge presiding over the case. The civil suit accuses Trump of lying for years about the value of his assets to deceive banks to get better loans and insurance policies. Trump's lawyers say his financial statements were legitimate.
