Conservatives block Trump's tax breaks bill

Republicans at the U.S. House of Representatives failed to advance President Donald Trump's tax breaks bill. The bill would have made President Trump's tax cuts from his first term permanent, but five conservative Republicans voted against it in a budget committee.
