New third lanes opening on I-17 north of Phoenix

Just in time for the summer travel season! The Arizona Department of Transportation is opening new travel lanes on Interstate 17 between Anthem Way and Black Canyon City. FOX 10's Dominique Newland has more on what drivers can expect to see in the north Valley.
