Phoenix opens fully accessible public pool

The pool at Telephone Pioneers Park in Phoenix has reopened to help folks keep cool during the summer months. It's the first time the pool has opened in six years, and it is also the first pool of its kind to be fully accessible. FOX 10's Irene Snyder has more.
