Valley Metro to offer free New Year’s Eve rides

Valley Metro will offer free rides on all buses, light rail, paratransit and the Tempe Streetcar this New Year’s Eve. It begins at 7 p.m. Dec. 31 and runs until 2 a.m. Jan. 1. On New Year’s Day, services will operate on a holiday schedule.
