Central fire burning near New River

NEW RIVER, Ariz. (FOX 10) — The Arizona State Forestry says a brush fire has ignited near New River.

The Central Fire is burning 3 miles east of New River. It is estimated at 500 acres so far. Multiple agencies are fighting the fire both on the ground in the air. It is 20 percent contained.
