14 arrested as part of operation that targeted alleged child predators: Apache Junction Police

Police in Apache Junction say 14 people have been arrested as a result of a multi-agency operation that targeted those who are accused of trying to engage in sexual activities with children.

Two-day operation happened earlier in January

Per the statement, Apache Junction Police, along with police in Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Tempe and other agencies, took part in the operation, which took place on Jan. 10 and Jan. 11.
