DPS: Suspect sought after pursuit ends in crash on I-17

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Authorities are searching for a suspect after a pursuit ended in a crash along Interstate 17.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the pursuit ended in a crash along the southbound I-17 off-ramp and McDowell Road.

One suspect has been taken into custody, however, another fled the scene following the crash.

An active search is ongoing for the second suspect.
