FBI looking for Glendale bank robbery suspect

GLENDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) -- FBI officials are asking for the public's help, as they look for a man suspected of robbing a credit union in the West Valley on Friday.

According to a statement, the incident happened at approximately 12:30 p.m., at a Desert Financial Credit Union on the 5600 block of W. Thunderbird Road. During the robbery, the suspect gave tellers a demand note, and then fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white man in his late 20s or early 30s, and wears prescription glasses, a fedora-style hat, and suit and tie. Anyone with information should leave an anonymous tip by calling Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. Spanish speakers can leave an anonymous tip by calling Testigo Silencioso at 480-TESTIGO.
