METTER, Ga. - A man accused of kidnapping three Georgia women was found dead.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed Bradley Cochran was found in the city of Metter Monday, of an apparent suicide.
The investigation all started on Sunday night when three women were abducted from outside a grocery store in Statesboro, Bullock County.
Police said Cochran then forced one of the women to drive to neighboring
Fortunately, the women were able to escape and Cochran got away in the stolen car.
The burned-out vehicle was found behind a store in Metter.
Cochran was found dead a short time later.
