Phoenix ranked best city in the world for driving in traffic study

If you get frustrated during your morning or evening commute, a new traffic study shows the city of Phoenix has the best driving conditions in the world. Yes, you read that right -- the world.

The WAZE traffic app's "Driver Satisfaction Index" study gathered data using information from its 50 million users across the globe. Research took traffic, road infrastructure, accidents, hazards, weather, cost of fuel, access to parking and gas stations into account.

Other cities in the top 10 include Greensboro, North Carolina; Dallas, Detroit and Cleveland.

Some of the worst cities included San Salvador; Caracas, Venezuela and Bogota, Colombia.
