Photo radar is coming back to Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Photo radar is coming back to Scottsdale, the cameras get turned back on Friday.

The city stopped using photo radar about two months ago, when the Arizona Attorney General said the companies that run the equipment must have a private investigator's license.
