Police: driver lost control, collided with two houses

Gilbert Police say a person is dead after crashing into two different homes near Warner and Lindsay Road.

Investigators believe the driver of a pickup truck suffered a medical condition and lost control, hitting both homes.

The truck crashed into one home's garage before continuing a second home and taking out a gas meter.

12 homes were evacuated while emergency crews controlled the leak.

The name of the driver has not been released, no one else was injured.
