Police responding to fight at Tucson home find couple dead

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police are investigating the deaths of a man and woman involved in an incident of domestic violence.

Police spokeswoman Kimberly Bay says officers in the city's midtown area responded around 6:15 p.m. Saturday to a report of a couple arguing outside a home.

Bay says the fight became physical as officers were arriving.

Police were unable to immediately locate both people. They then found evidence that at least one person was injured.

Bay says the officers then went inside and found both dead with obvious signs of trauma.

Police are treating the incident as a homicide and say there are no outstanding suspects.

Bay did not release further details.
