Power fully restored following outage in downtown Phoenix area

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Power has been fully restored in the downtown Phoenix area after over 4,000 people were without power on Monday.

According to APS, power has been fully restored to all customers in the downtown Phoenix area after a power outage affected over 4,000 people.
