Reward offered to find suspect in strong-arm robbery in Phoenix

Police are offering a reward to help find a suspect who robbed a customer at a west Phoenix McDonald's restaurant.

Officers say three men entered the McDonald's near Central and Southern Avenue in Phoenix on November 25th at about 6:45pm. They say one of the men argued with the manager and threatened to commit an assault. He walked out with the other two men, and then came back into the shop.

The man approached an 18-year-old female customer, ripped a necklace off her neck, and then fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a 25-year-old black man with short braids and a Diamondbacks T-shirt, tan pants and red shoes. A second person, described as an investigative lead, is a heavy-set black man, about six feet five inches tall, with a moustache and a possible scar on his left front hairline and an earring.
