Serious crash shuts down part of I-10 overnight

TEMPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A serious crash involving three vehicles shut down I-10 near Elliott Road overnight.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says a woman drove into the center barrier, but was able to pull over to the side of the road after the collision. However, as she was pulling over, a truck and car ran into her.

Two people in the second car suffered minor injuries and two lanes of I-10 were closed for several hours after the crash.
