Shop with a Cop in Peoria

PEORIA - Police agencies around the valley held Shop with a Cop events on Saturday, including Peoria Police.

More than fifty children took part in Shop with a Cop, held by the Peoria Police Officers Association. The children enjoyed breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Chik-Fil-A, and then headed in a caravan over to Kohl's to go on a shopping spree, according to Peoria Police Public Information Officer Brandon Sheffert.

The kids also got a chance to get their gifts wrapped, play in bounce houses, and hold a pizza party.
