Suspect punches woman, takes her phone

Surveillance cameras in a Honolulu, Hawaii parking garage captured a woman being punched by a suspect, who then stole her cell phone and drove away with another person.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department were looking for the two males, who are wanted for robbery in the second degree.

It happened Saturday, May 28 around 5:20 p.m. Police said the 55-year-old female victim was talking on her phone in the parking garage when she was approached by one of the suspects. He can be seen in the video walking up to her, pulling his fist back and hitting her, knocking her to ground.

He got into the car with the other male suspect, then got out and went back to the woman. Police said that's when he grabbed her phone, drug her about 10 feet, and took the phone. He was driving in a 2004 Honda Accord with Hawaii State license plates SSZ 680.
