Tempe places ordinance on sitting and laying down
TEMPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - The City of Tempe has put a ban on sitting or laying down on downtown sidewalks. It's a new ordinance set to take effect in two weeks, but a group of protesters are against the change.
Those protesters are holding a sit-in to show their opposition to the law which they say targets homeless people.
FOX 10's Marcy Jones spoke with the protesters in this report.
