Three arrested, accused of running illegal marijuana grow and sale operation

PHOENIX (KSAZ) -- Three people have been arrested, accused of running an illegal marijuana growing and selling operation around the Valley.

The suspects, according to various court documents, are 30-year-old Jesse Adam Conboy, 36-year-old Blake Adam Hunter, and 30-year-old Alexander Banner Womeldorph. The three are accused of producing marijuana, manufacturing cannabis, and selling marijuana and cannabis without a dispensary license.

According to court documents, warrants were served on Womeldorph's home, as well as the home of Conboy and Hunter and a warehouse in Southeast Phoenix, on November 1. At the warehouse, officers recovered 130 marijuana plants, along with over five pounds of marijuana, packages of narcotic cannabis, chemicals, and manufacturing equipments.

In addition, officers reportedly found about 1.5 lbs of marijuana in Conboy's car.

All three, according to court documents, are facing felony drug-related charges.
