Two pedestrians struck, one killed during collision
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Two pedestrians were struck and one was killed following a collision on Wednesday morning.
Phoenix police tell Fox 10 that two the pedestrians were struck by a van while crossing the street near 63rd Avenue and Indian School. Both victims were transported to a local hospital and one of them has died.
The other remains in critical condition.
Due to the collision, there are road closures in the area that will last throughout the morning rush hour.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
