Two pulled from burning car in Scottsdale on Sunday

SCOTTSDALE - Scottsdale Fire crews pulled two people out of a burning vehicle on Sunday morning.

The crash happened at Double Tree Ranch Road and Gainey Club Drive at 8:30am. An off-duty firefighter helped pull the two victims out of the vehicle.

Crews quickly put out the flames in the vehicle while paramedics treated both patients. The victims were taken to Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center. The extent of their injuries is not yet clear.

Police are now investigating what caused the crash.
