Valley barber takes Cardinals fever to the extreme

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Cardinals fever is in the air and now people are doing things to their hair!

"All weekend long was Cardinals, since they won, and I go to the stadium often and people ask, 'Oh, can you make me one?'" said Giovanni Muraira.

A Cardinal design shaved on your head. It's happening and becoming popular and Muraira said he got the idea from a client.

"They like it a lot, they like it and they say 'Oh, it's nice, I can't believe I have it, it feels weird.'" he said. "When it's the first time having a design they say it feels weird."

Giovanni will go to your home and his prices start at $35.

The design starts with a Cardinal eye.

"I start off with the eye so if I make it too low, I probably won't get the Cardinal all in, but I'm getting used to making it at the same point every time, I think," he said.

So if you're in the mood to represent the Cardinals 24-7 for the next week or so, you're a prime candidate.

"What kind of attention do you think you're going to get?" he asked. "Wow, that's amazing."
