Trader Joe's dumplings may be contaminated with plastic from a permanent marker pen; tailgates on over 800,000 GM pickup trucks can unlatch and unexpectedly open; children's Minecraft pajamas don't meet federal flammability standards, thereby posing a risk of burn injuries; portable tankless water heaters can leak gas; and parts of a certain bicycle can detach from the frame, posing fall and injury hazards.

Lead warning in recalled ground cinnamon

After the FDA issued a recall on ground cinnamon, the Banner Poison Control Center is warning the public about the dangers of lead poisoning. Some of the recalled cinnamon brands were sold by Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores.
