2022 Election: Legal action threatened as Cochise County considers hand counting all ballots
The Southeastern Arizona county's Board of Supervisors is considering a hand count of all their ballots, in addition to counting them by machine. The County Attorney has previously warned the board that changing election procedures this late in the game is illegal, and that board lacks powers to do so. FOX 10's Irene Snyder reports.
