Police officer working off-duty shot at shoplifting suspect at Phoenix area Walmart

The incident, according to police, began at around 11:00 a.m. at a Walmart in the area of 35th Avenue and Southern, and the officer involved in the shooting was working off-duty at the time of the incident. FOX 10's Lauren Clark reports.
