Gov. Hobbs signs executive order on contraception

Governor Katie Hobbs is protecting access to birth control by signing a new executive order, which makes over-the-counter birth control free for state employees. Hobbs also ordered Arizona's Medicaid program to look at ways to expand access to contraceptives for its members. Hobbs says the order is necessary due to uncertainty about abortion in Arizona.
