PD release 911 call made before Phoenix shooting

Phoenix Police officials have released the initial 911 call made after a man who is now accused of shooting at two officers was first spotted breaking into a vehicle. Of the two officers shot, one of them, identified as Zane Coolidge, has died from his injuries. The suspect. identified as Saul Bal, has been indicted on multiple felony charges.
