Phoenix area road work is stressful, but necessary
It was another weekend of major freeway closures across the Valley, but they're all part of decade-long plans put into place. Proposition 479 will be on the November ballot. It’s a 1/2 cent sales tax to continue Valley construction for the decade. FOX 10’s Kenzie Beach joins us with some insight behind these projects.
