Phoenix mortuary eyed for historic designation

For 75 years, a Phoenix funeral home has been a familiar sight on 7th Street. Now, it's asking the city to officially declare its building historic, recognizing its decades-long role as a staple in the community. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen has this story.
