Texas redistricting: Democrats remain out of state

It is now Week 2 of the Texas redistricting standoff, and a number of Democratic lawmakers who want to stop a vote that could give Republicans five more seats in the U.S. House are still holed up in blue states. Reporter Sarah Alegre has more, from Austin.
