Neighborhood fights sex offender group home

People are continuing to battle a sex offender group home that has been operating in a Maricopa County neighborhood in Mesa. The house is near 80th St and Willeta, just south of McDowell road. One neighbor even tried to buy the home in an attempt tog et the men to leave their neighborhood. Now several sex offenders still live there, and neighbors are doing everything they can to get them to move out.
