Newborn delivered after fatal shooting of mother dies
PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say a week-old newborn delivered by emergency cesarean section after the fatal shooting of his mother has died. Sgt. Mercedes Fortune says the boy was pronounced dead Tuesday and that detectives are working on adding another count of first-degree murder against the 36-year-old boyfriend of the mother, 29-year-old Chelsee Dennis.
