Surprise neighborhood hit hard by latest storm

SURPRISE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - "Never saw a storm like this... ever!" Fran Warren exclaimed. Yet another round of storms swept through the Valley last night, this time pounding the southwest Valley with strong winds and thunder storms.
