Curfew declared as Harvey's impact continues to be felt

Hurricane Harvey has set a new U.S. record, when it comes to rainfall, with 51.88 inches of rain recorded in Cedar bayou, Texas.

In the Houston area alone, more than 35,000 people have been rescued, and on Tuesday afternoon, Houston's mayor announced a mandatory curfew, lasting from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., over worries about public safety.

FOX 10's Marc Martinez is in Houston with more on the ongoing rescue efforts.
