9-month-old girl pulled from Phx bathtub in near drowning
PHOENIX - Phoenix fire crews rushed a 9-month-old girl to the hospital in extremely critical condition after she was found submerged in a bathtub.
Phoenix fire crews responded to the drowning call at a home near 42nd Street and Cactus Road just before 7 a.m. on Sunday.
A family member pulled the infant out of the bathtub, but it's unknown how long she was submerged in the water.
The little girl was taken to Phoenix Children's Hospital in full respiratory and cardiac arrest. She's now in intensive care at Phoenix Children's Hospital, where we're told she is showing a pulse.
