A simple hack for more iPhone storage

Having to choose between photos of your pup and photos of friends because your storage is dangerously full? The constant notifications may have you ready to chuck your phone, but we've got a hack that could change everything.

It's counter-intuitive, but to make space on your phone, you have to think big. "Big files" big.

If you have less than one gig of storage, go to the iTunes store to rent a movie. Don't over think it- you won't be watching, so anything that's long will do the trick.

The same storage notification you've come to hate will pop up and you won't be able to rent. But when you check in your settings again, there will be more room.

Tech expert Anthony Mongeluzo explains, "People have gone there and done it up to four or five times and got that little tiny 92 megs back up to 2 gigs."

The iPhone hides system memory to protect you from yourself. But we'll be the ones to decide how many photos of our pets we have on our phones, thank you very much! Give it a try. You have nothing to lose and whole gig of storage to gain.
