Candlelight vigil held for mother killed by a wrong-way driver

CHANDLER, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Family and friends gathered in Chandler Saturday evening to honor 26-year-old Julissa Torres who was killed by a wrong-way driver on May 14 near State Route 347 near Riggs Road.

A GoFundMe account has been set up to help with Julissa's funeral costs, and her husband along with there two young girls recovery.
